FIND YOUR BLISS Retreat April 27th - May 4th, 2024

Dear friends, 

 

Our names are Carley and Alex, nice to meet you! If you would like to recharge in the Mexican sun, eat healthy meals, receive therapeutic massages, sound bowl healing, participate in yoga, meditation and much more......all within a beautiful beach environment, we have just what you're looking for. 

 

You need time for yourself. You need time to regenerate. You need time to connect; to yourself, nature and also safely connect with others. This all starts at our luxury location named Villa Ananda. You will receive world class cuisine, three times per day, with only the finest locally sourced ingredients, mostly organic! All food is prepared by our Ayurveda Chef served with nourishing elixirs to stay hydrated. We cater to vegetarian, gluten free, dairy free and designed our Menu to contain the colors of the rainbow, be easy to digest/absorb/assimilate and most importantly, be prepared with love.

 

During your 7-night stay at Villa Ananda, we have planned a beautiful itinerary for our guests with 2 yoga classes a day, guided meditations, breathwork sessions, sound bath experiences, an authentic fire ceremony and a cold plunge. You'll also love the traditional Mexican Cacao ceremony that we will be offering and a welcome massage to help you relax. There will be plenty of free time to hit the beach and jump around in the salty waves, read poolside, go for a long nature walk or receive spa treatments from our Therapists.

 

Our focus for the entire Retreat is you. It's time to become grateful for what's happening in your life right now and rewire our brains into a more positive way of being. It's time to calm the nervous system and envision the future we want to create. It's time to take stock of the massive opportunities presenting themselves in this unique period in history and it's time to unite with like minds. This is an intimate retreat. We have a very limited number of participants (only 10 spots remaining of 16 thus far) and that means there's an unique opportunity for plenty of one-on-one time with myself and Alex, where you may need extra guidance in your practice and how we can support the information integration. We welcome you, exactly as you are and we will help you elevate into your innate human potential.
